These terms set out the basis on which Settlio provides software development, integration, and platform services to our enterprise partners.
1. The Services
Settlio provides bespoke software development spanning digital banking, crypto settlement orchestration, and custom fintech web/mobile applications. We build the technical foundation and ledgers while external providers act as execution rails.
2. Enterprise Engagement
Engagement with Settlio is subject to a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. These online terms provide a general framework but are superseded by any direct enterprise agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stipulated in a bespoke enterprise agreement, Settlio retains all rights to its proprietary core ledger architectures and orchestration layers. Custom client implementations and branding are the property of the respective client upon full settlement of invoices.
4. Liability and SLA
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding uptime, support responsiveness, and resolution times are governed by the specific tier agreed upon during the partner onboarding phase. We are responsible for delivering software with reasonable care and skill.
5. Revisions
We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects your enterprise integration, your relationship manager will provide reasonable notice.
